I Had a MISSION that

I Wanted to  

FEEL The LINE

I Was Asked

While Walking with 

A Small Bean Bag 

on Top of My Head

During A Rolf Movement® Session 

My Initial Thought was  

I Want to Be KIND to Myself

I Started Staring at the Line 

on the Wall that I Could SEE 

Through a Window in the Classroom 

Then 

My Body SHIFTED to the CENTER

I Thought
>>> Emi is STRONG ! 

After That 

Energy STARTED FLOWING INTO

My FINGERTIPS >>>

ALL OVER MY BODY 

HUGE BANG ! ! !
EXPLOSION of ENERGY

The FEET Got GROUNDED

The HEAD Got LIFTED

I LET GO of 

ALL the TENSIONS in My BODY

I FELT Ease & Peace
